GERENCIA DE TRADE MARKETING Objetivo del puesto: Desarrollar, coordinar y ejecutar los planes Comerciales de las categorías a cargo. Apoyar a garantizar la expansión del portafolio en áreas, con propuestas de valor a clientes y shoppers bajo un modelo de insights liderando propuesta de segmentación y ejecución. Funciones: Desarrollar e Implementar Estrategia de Trade marketing para CO. Desarrollar, coordinar e implementar planes por área y canales. Seguimiento a ejecución y resultados. Liderar, coordinar y dar visibilidad de los planes de expansión del portafolio Desarrollar planes de shopper marketing, control de inversión y seguimiento del presupuesto. Implementación de modelo de sinergias e inversiones. Requisitos: Experiencia mínima de 4 años en puesto similar, indispensable tener experiencia en consumo masivo. Escolaridad preferentemente en Lic. Mercadotecnia, Lic. Administración de Empresas, Ing. Industrial o afín (contar con título). Conocimientos en: Trade Marketing Planes de Shopper marketing Canal moderno, preferentemente llevando WM Gestión de presupuestos Rentabilidad Análisis financieros ROI Nielsen Excel avanzado Competencias: Enfoque al negocio Visión estratégica Resolución de problemas Colaboración Manejo de la ambigüedad
