Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities. JavaScript, Glide API, GlideAjax, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Scheduled Jobs . REST, SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server , and web services. Perform data migration and transformation using Troubleshoot scripts, workflows, integrations, and platform performance issues. Maintain CMDB data quality and platform governance. Mentor junior developers and promote ServiceNow development best practices. Required Experience 3–5+ years of ServiceNow development/administration experience. ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript . processes and ServiceNow configuration. Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs. Experience troubleshooting and supporting ServiceNow production environments. Strong understanding of ServiceNow development standards and secure coding practices. Nice to Have ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-ITOM . Experience with IntegrationHub and MID Server. Experience developing custom ServiceNow applications.
