Marketing Assistant – Job Opportunity (Remote) We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across content, analytics, email, CRM, and social media. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in ensuring that all marketing campaigns are executed with quality, accuracy, and timeliness. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing Specialist/CMO to support content marketing, demand generation, and overall brand consistency across all channels.
️ Content & Campaign Execution
Assist in developing marketing campaigns, blog materials, news alerts, and webinar content.
Support the creation and scheduling of social media and email campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across messaging, visuals, and terminology.
Coordinate the development of marketing collateral and promotional assets.
Digital Marketing Operations
Update and optimize website content in collaboration with the web agency.
Support the centralized marketing calendar and contribute to article and white-paper creation.
Summarize marketing performance metrics and scorecards.
Assist with market research and data-driven insights for campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in marketing, consulting, and/or agency environments.
~ Experience in B2B marketing.
~ Experience with market research, analytics, and content creation.

Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM (required).
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Graphic design experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects.
High English proficiency (required).
Experience using HubSpot or another CRM.
Fully remote role.
Requires a computer with video conferencing capability.
