Recognized as a global leader in the manufacturing of aluminum, ceramic, film, and tantalum capacitors , we drive the development of critical applications across sectors such as automotive, telecommunications, energy, and consumer electronics .
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering , or a related field.
Experience managing hourly personnel and supervisors .
Production Planning and Control .
Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Performance indicator management (KPIs) .
Knowledge of quality standards and industrial safety .
Experience with ERP systems and analytical tools (Excel, production systems).
Multidisciplinary team management .
Cross-functional leadership at management levels .
Ability to achieve predictable results and continuous improvement through effective planning, organization, budgeting, and performance measurement.
Full-time, with availability to rotate shifts
