Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience supporting SAP S/4HANA in discrete manufacturing environments. Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules relevant to engineering and manufacturing (Project Systems, QM, Engineering Change Management, Fiori ). Proven ability to execute configuration changes and manage end-to-end issue resolution. Certifications SAP S/4HANA certification in relevant modules (Project Systems, QM, Engineering Change Management, Fiori) required. ITIL or similar service management certification preferred. Core Competencies SAP S/4HANA functional mastery with hands-on configuration capability. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical landscapes. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across business units. Ability to manage AMS delivery and enforce quality standards. Continuous improvement mindset with focus on operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Break-Fix Resolution: Diagnose and resolve SAP S/4HANA functional issues across DFC modules, ensuring minimal business disruption. Enhancement Delivery: Implement small-scale functional changes and improvements aligned with business priorities and IT governance standards. Hands-On Configuration: Execute SAP configuration changes directly when required, including adjustments to workflows, material master, and PLM integration points across New Product Development processes. Stakeholder Management: Act as primary liaison for key business users, gathering requirements, clarifying issues, and communicating resolution timelines effectively. AMS Coordination: Oversee Application Management Services (AMS) partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of support activities. Validate fixes and enhancements before deployment. Integration Support: Maintain and troubleshoot connectivity between SAP S/4HANA and adjacent systems (e.g., PLM, labeling systems), ensuring data consistency and process alignment. Root Cause Analysis: Apply structured problem-solving techniques to identify underlying issues and prevent recurrence. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of configurations, enhancements, and standard operating procedures for audit and knowledge transfer. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all changes adhere to IT governance, security standards, and quality assurance protocols.
