Propósito del rol Liderar la estrategia y producción de contenidos para audiencias tanto masivas como profesionales, integrando creatividad, insights y narrativa para marcas corporativas, de consumo y sectores regulados como seguros o finanzas. Responsabilidades clave - Diseñar estrategias de contenido adaptadas a B2B, B2C y consumo masivo. Traducir mensajes complejos (p. ej., seguros, ingeniería, riesgos) a formatos simples y atractivos. Desarrollar y supervisar el calendario mensual. Supervisar producción semanal, cuidando storytelling, tono y aplicación de marca. Elaborar briefs creativos para contenidos audiovisuales y estáticos. Coordinar a diseñadores, analistas y audiovisual. Mantener comunicación clara con el cliente, anticipando necesidades. Requisitos - 4 años en Content Management, Social Media Strategy o Creative Lead. Experiencia demostrable en marcas corporativas, consumo masivo, servicios, idealmente alguna experiencia en seguros/finanzas. Deseable. Sólida capacidad de conceptualización y dirección creativa. Excelente redacción y capacidad de sintetizar temas complejos. Habilidades clave - Pensamiento estratégico. Dominio de tendencias digitales. Flexibilidad para adaptar mensajes según tipo de audiencia (empresas, consumidores, intermediarios). Liderazgo creativo.
