Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager at AMS, Inc. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities in the San Luis Potosi region, with some work from home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies Strong negotiation and communication skills Conduct daily on-site visits to prospective customers to introduce our latest robotic solutions and drive sales growth through technical demonstrations Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team Knowledge of factory automation industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Automation or equivalent technical field with a strong understanding of mechatronics
