Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts, understanding their business needs and goals.

Monitor account performance (sell in, sell out) and ensure compliance with internal KPIs and sales targets, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address any issues.
Identify business opportunities with telco customers to reach sales targets and drive sell out performance
Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics and trends related to B2C accounts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2C sales, account management, supply chain or a related role.
Understanding of forecasting and demand planning models, S&OP processes.
Excellent organizational abilities combined with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with experience using CRM software tools used throughout the organization.
