Salesforce Senior Developer
with strong experience across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role is critical in
designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions
while providing technical leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills Required: With over 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, you must be proficient in the following technical
skills:
Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect Advanced English (required) Proficiency in Apex , Visualforce , and Lightning Web Components Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and complex data models Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira) Hands-on experience with DevOps processes within Salesforce Experience with Databricks is a plus Certifications (Required) Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications Architecture certifications are highly valued
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher Fluent in English (Advanced) C1
- C2 Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, and a proactive attitude
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications Extend platform capabilities through integrations and custom solutions Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, flows, validation rules, and automation Leverage Salesforce AI tools to improve operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions Maintain technical documentation and system updates Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards Manage deployment and release processes across environments (sandbox and production) Ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices Location & Schedule: Hybrid in Guadalajara Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of Mexico
