Internal Communications Analyst
CIMMYT is a cutting-edge, non-profit, international organization dedicated to solving tomorrow’s problems today. It is entrusted with fostering improved quantity, quality, and dependability of production systems and basic cereals such as maize, wheat, triticale, sorghum, millets, and associated crops through applied agricultural science, particularly in the Global South, through building strong partnerships. CIMMYT is a core CGIAR Research Center, a global research partnership for a food-secure future, dedicated to reducing poverty, enhancing food and nutrition security, and improving natural resources.
CIMMYT is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and service-oriented professional for the position of Internal Communications Analyst to work in the Engagement chapter.

Strategic Planning & Execution
Maintain internal communications channels (intranet/Inside CIMMYT, email distribution lists, digital signage, etc.), Coordinate internal communication tools and events, including townhalls, newsletters, and intranet updates.
Execute internal communication campaigns that connect CIMMYT staff worldwide, contributing to engagement and retention.
Develop and maintain content for newsletters, intranet, emails, and other platforms by collaborating with teams to gather stories and updates.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
Proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or similar roles.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with digital communication tools and platforms.
