Remote Marketing Assistant – $800 Base + Bonuses | ICONIQ Homes Remote (Mexico) - 10 am - 7 pm Central Time, Monday - Friday English fluency required | Spanish bilingual strongly preferred ICONIQ Homes is a fast-growing homebuilder rewriting the rules of the homebuying experience. We're hiring a Marketing Assistant who lives inside Canva, knows their way around Facebook Ads + Meta Business Suite, and can navigate CRMs like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho with confidence. If you geek out over clean branding, smart automation, strong campaigns, and data that actually means something, you'll fit right in. This role will manage marketing campaigns for buyers and real estate agents, helping us drive visibility, engagement, and sales across multiple communities. What You'll Do Your daily toolkit will dance between creativity and structure: Canva Content Creation • Build flyers, social assets, presentations, and marketing materials • Maintain brand consistency across all collateral Digital Campaign Execution • Manage Facebook Ads and Meta Business Suite scheduling + optimization • Coordinate email and direct-mail campaigns to buyers and agents • Assist with remarketing, engagement tracking, and campaign improvements Email + Direct Mail Marketing • Prepare weekly and monthly email campaigns • Build agent and buyer lists segmented by community and opportunity • Support follow-up automation inside the CRM CRM + Lead Management • Update, tag, and organize leads inside HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho • Track campaign performance and report key insights • Support B2B outreach and appointment-setting when needed Team Support • Communicate with U.S.-based sales and marketing teams • Help manage deliverables, promotions, and agent engagement tasks • Assist with real estate event marketing (digital assets, invites, follow-ups) Requirements You'll shine in this role if you... Are fluent in English (C1–C2 preferred) Have Canva experience and a portfolio showcasing your work Have hands-on experience with Facebook Ads & Meta Business Suite Have experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar) Are organized, proactive, detail-driven, and reliable Can work U.S. Central Time (9 AM – 6 PM CST), Sunday–Thursday Have at least 120 Mbps internet speed (stipend provided) Have 1–2 years in marketing, outreach, or admin support roles Portfolio Required: Canva designs, ads, email graphics, or campaigns Must complete our English test before interviewing or submit equivalent certification Compensation Base Pay: $800 USD/month Bonuses: Performance-based, tied to campaigns + lead conversions Expected Monthly Earnings: $1,000+ Paid weekly What We Offer Stable base pay + uncapped bonuses Weekly pay schedule $35USD Internet stipend Access to CRM, dialer, templates, and creative tools Coaching, feedback, and growth in a fast-paced marketing environment Opportunity to shape campaigns seen by thousands of buyers + agents Why ICONIQ Homes?
