• Shaping the future: Create purchase orders via SAP for indirect material suppliers in a timely manner to ensure the receipt of material according to the correct inventory stock level.

• Create a collaborative environment: Follow up on material in transit, confirming the invoice according to the corresponding purchase order to ensure the arrival on time and avoid shortages in production and planned maintenance.

• Create something new: Create and implement the SAP Module for indirect Material handling in SAP and manage the registration of indirect materials in SAP to have the database of existing and necessary indirect materials updated. Analyze, define, and implement optimal inventory levels and reorder point in SAP to avoid excess of inventory and align cost goals for indirect materials.

• Take responsibility: Technical understanding in machines, spare parts, and indirect material documentation to optimize and standardize the indirect material inventory. Organize and purchase indirect materials in case of unplanned corrective maintenance situation to ensure production.

• Think holistically: with leading plants, regional and international organizations

• Work History: Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in maintenance, prior leadership experience in project leading roles
• Experience and Knowledge: SAP Key User, customs and traffic rules, negotiation with suppliers, Excel & Power Bi, read and understand technical drawings
• Languages: English advanced
• Personality: target oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, motivated, open minded to work in an international team
