Main Purpose As part of the IT organization, you will act as the dedicated partner for Marketing, translating their business needs into digital solutions, data strategies, and technology-enabled processes. Your core responsibility is to ensure Marketing teams have the right tools, reliable data, and modern platforms to achieve their goals, while maintaining alignment with IT standards and strategy. You will be the voice of Marketing within IT, ensuring that technology investments deliver real business impact. Main Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership Serve as the primary point of contact between Marketing and IT, deeply understanding Marketing's business challenges and translating them into technical requirements. Represent Marketing's interests in IT projects, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Facilitate communication and collaboration between Marketing stakeholders and IT teams. Digital Enablement for Marketing Lead the identification, implementation, and optimization of MarTech platforms, analytics tools, and digital solutions for Marketing. Work with IT colleagues to ensure Marketing has secure, reliable access to dashboards, KPIs, and measurement frameworks. Coordinate with IT infrastructure, data, and security teams to deliver first-party data, eCommerce reporting, and essential digital capabilities. Project Management & Delivery Manage the portfolio of IT projects supporting Marketing, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the needs of Marketing users. Track and report on project outcomes, adoption, and business impact. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process automation, digital innovation, and technology-driven improvements in Marketing workflows. Promote best practices in digital marketing, data usage, and technology adoption within the Marketing area. Document playbooks, guides, and training materials to support Marketing's use of IT solutions. Financial & Commercial Support (Secondary Focus) Support Marketing and Finance in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for technology investments and digital initiatives. Help translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for IT and Marketing teams. Stakeholder Management & Culture Build strong relationships with Marketing leaders, business unit managers, and external partners to maximize IT's value proposition. Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement within the IT team and across Marketing. Skills & Qualifications 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience within FMCG (portfolio management, communication, or trade marketing). Skilled in leveraging data, MarTech, and digital platforms. Strategic thinker with strong consumer insight translation and commercial acumen. Comfortable with data and modern marketing tools; genuine interest in technology and collaboration with IT/Digital teams. Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and support budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for marketing initiatives. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable marketing recommendations. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how marketing activities impact financial outcomes. Excellent storytelling, influence, and cross‐functional leadership skills. Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. English and Spanish proficiency (oral and written).
