As a Testing Project Manager at ALTEN Mexico, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering successful testing projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and resources, and ensure that testing processes and methodologies are followed.

Responsibilities:

  • Testing and implementation project management.
  • team work with advanced engineers for the coordination of deliveries with deadlines.
  • Parallel work with testers for the control and reporting of the developed activities.
  • Programming with languages (C/C++).
  • Use of platforms such as Matlab, Simulink and Labview.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Testing Project Manager, leading and delivering testing projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, practices, and tools.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices, including scope, budget, and resource management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
