About the Role: We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our manufacturing site in Tijuana, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of warehousing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced environment. English communication skills are required, and resumes must be submitted in English. Key Responsibilities Ensure all shipping and receiving procedures are strictly followed and supervise daily warehouse operations. Delegate tasks and workloads equitably across warehouse team members to maintain efficiency. Maintain a smooth, accurate, and efficient flow of shipping and receiving activities. Coordinate closely with Production Supervisors, Managers, Planners, Buyers, and the Finance team to optimize shipping and receiving efficiency. Foster strong communication and working relationships with warehouse staff to monitor and improve team performance. Ensure the systematic implementation of receiving and shipping processes. Ensure all finished goods (FG) inventory is accurately tracked and maintained with a high level of accuracy. Oversee proper filing and system entry of all shipping and receiving documentation to maintain compliance and traceability. Monitor the status of all incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent delays. Verify that all shipments are packed correctly according to defined standards. Requirements High school graduate with at least 2 years of relevant warehousing experience. Capable of working on the night shift if required. English communication skills are required (reading, writing, speaking, and listening). Forklift operation certification is a plus. Experience with Oracle/ERP systems is a plus.
