We are currently looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our creative team and contribute to our mission. This role is ideal for someone passionate about video editing and eager to grow within a forward-thinking agency. Key Responsibilities: manage client accounts end-to-end and keep delivery consistent research trends, competitors, and content angles that match the client's niche write short-form scripts and long-form content outlines edit short-form videos with strong pacing and retention clip long-form into reels/shorts/tiktoks that are built to perform create clear tasks for designers and creatives inside clickup follow the agency's strategic plan and execute it without dropping details track performance, identify patterns, and propose new content to push reach and virality support the client's marketing strategy by aligning content with their offers build and present client reports with insights and next steps use internal resources and systems to maintain quality and speed Requirements: 2 to 3+ years of experience in social media 3+ years running social media accounts with direct ownership of posting and results advanced english (written and spoken) excellent attention to detail thrives in a fast-paced environment strong video editing skills for social-first content comfortable with clickup or similar project management tools reliable internet 50mbs and up Bonus points: you can show proof of videos you edited or produced that went viral examples: links + view counts, retention screenshots, or analytics screenshots you have experience pulling 10+ short clips from one long-form video you understand hooks, retention, pacing, and how to structure content for watch time How to Apply: To apply for this position, send an email with the subject line Full Stack Social Media Manager to the following email: martin@astrozenmarketing.com Your email must include: 1.
