Estamos en búsqueda de un Gerente de Planeación Financiera y Estratégica Objetivo: Proveer a la organización de información financiera estratégica veraz y oportuna para establecer el camino a seguir con el logro de sus objetivos, manteniendo el control de su operación y asegurando el retorno de inversión a sus accionistas, proporcionando un servicio de apoyo de alta calidad mediante el enlace con los colegas de gestión en todos los aspectos del negocio. Responsabilidades: Desarrollar modelos financieros y proyecciones de corto, mediano y largo plazo. Desarrollar y mantener la directriz adecuada para proveer en tiempo y forma con los análisis de la información financiera y estratégica para la correcta toma de decisiones. Preparar, desarrollar y analizar la información financiera clave para asegurar que la gestión de la organización se base en decisiones bien informadas garantizando la futura estabilidad, el crecimiento y la rentabilidad. Gestionar información para obtener el máximo beneficio, controlando y optimizando las compras, y nuestros inventarios, y protegiendo a los clientes manteniendo los productos de la compañía en el mercado. Gestionar apoyar y ser el enlace con las direcciones de la empresa para proveer de información veraz y oportuna, generando los indicadores que permitan tomar las mejores decisiones y ayuden a cumplir con los objetivos establecidos. Desarrolla el presupuesto maestro de la organización, analizando el estado de resultados presupuestado para fijar y establecer las metas y objetivos que permitan obtener un retorno de inversión a los accionistas. Analizar los proyectos de inversión de la organización asegurando que generen valor para mantener o incrementar la rentabilidad. Requisitos: Lic. En Contabilidad, Finanzas o afín. Inglés Avanzado Experiencia: +5 años en roles gerenciales financieros en empresas farmacéuticas trasnacionales. +7 años de experiencia en áreas de planeación financiera, análisis financiero y business planning. Experiencia demostrada en el liderazgo de procesos de planificación empresarial y proyecciones financieras a nivel corporativo. Conocimientos: Elaboración y control de presupuesto. Análisis y planeación financiera. Manejo de ERP (SAP) y herramientas de Business Intelligence.
