Sé un creador de lo posible junto a nosotros HR Business Partner OPS Pieza clave del área de Recursos Humanos, tendrá su reporte directo dentro de la Gerencia de RH y reportará de forma punteada a Departamento de Relaciones laborales. Brinda asesoría y genera iniciativas principalmente en las áreas de Relaciones Laborales aunque no es excluyente ya que asesora también en temas de administración de personal. Es socio estratégico de negocio para distintas áreas de la planta y asegura el cumplimiento de Políticas y Procedimientos de asociados tanto sindicalizados como no sindicalizados en todo el Site. Requisitos: LAE, Relaciones Industriales, Psicología, Ingeniería o afín. Carrera terminada indispensable. Titulados. Mínimo 3 a 5 años de experiencia en el área de Relaciones Laborales, línea de ética o similares Haber laborado en plantas de manufactura de más de 1,000 empleados Experiencia demostrable realizando negociaciones de diversos temas laborales con sindicato activo (Indispensable), considerar que es la población más extensa con la que se tendrá contacto Demuestre un profundo conocimiento y dominio de la LFT (Ley Federal del Trabajo) y su aplicación en casos prácticos Experiencia en la resolución-negociación de diversos conflictos laborales Experiencia en la atención de línea de ética y compliance, quejas de asociados, aplicación de sanciones y estrategias para mantener cumplimiento de la disciplina en las distintas áreas, realizar Investigaciones de casos, conflictos y riñas relacionado con todos los escenarios que sucedan en planta. Experiencia comprobable de manejo de volumen de estos casos Experiencia complementaria en Administración de Personal y como socio estratégico de negocio (HRBP) Office, ERP de Recursos Humanos, WorkDay (Deseable). Inglés intermedio-avanzado indispensable Disponibilidad para laborar de forma presencial, en la zona de Cuautitlán Izcalli y estar acostumbrado a laborar en una dinámica de planta de manufactura "BD valora la equidad en el lugar de trabajo sin discriminación contra cualquier discapacidad, clase, etnia, edad, religión, identidad de género u orientación sexual".
