In BYD we are looking our next Fresh graduate Automotive Analyst to support the automotive sales and service teams by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process. This is a commercial Role, not related to manufacturing, design or any similar position in plant. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for BYD dealer service store and competitor service store secret visits, regularly feedback research results Support the definition and presentation of service packages, warranty options, and maintenance programs. Promote the improvement of sales service and verify the closure of the issues found in visit Responsible for PDI and after-sales issues and follow-up, facilitate rapid implementation of improvement project Conduct product and service demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for potential clients and partners. Requirements: Fresh graduate of Automotive Engineering, Marketing Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. NO MORE of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry in sales roles. Basic understanding of dealer environment and quality service Excellent communication and presentation skills.
