Role Description University Consulting is an Australian-based Student Recruitment Consultancy expanding its footprint across Latin America. We represent and promote leading universities and colleges in Australia, the UK, Germany, USA, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, and other global destinations.
As part of our regional expansion, we are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Country Manager who can independently establish, manage, and scale our Mexico operations, while driving student recruitment and building strong B2B and B2C networks across Latin America.
Lead business development, sales, and marketing initiatives across Mexico and LATAM
Build and expand B2B partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and education agents
Recruit, train, and manage local team members as the business grows
Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, and local channels)
2–5 years of experience in business development, operations, or leadership roles within the overseas education sector (preferred)
~ Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory)
~ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of regional growth
