POSITION OBJECTIVE

• Your role is to be responsible to coordinate all the activities related to the facilities building frame and plant engineering. Also, to coordinate all the task of maintenance building frame and facility services included outsourcing services (cleaning, gardening and fumigation).

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, support, coach and development a team of 4 direct reports and over of 30 indirect reports.
• Elaborate master plan and balance score card (KPI.
• Elaborate a detailed budget forecast for each fiscal year for OPEX/ CAPEX, with information available all the time for consultation, expense reports for each account, purchase orders in process and closed for each month , quarter and fiscal year.
• Carry out personal performance evaluations, set individual PMP objectives, establish performance goals, identify development opportunities, prepare career plan and training needs.
• Elaborate a calendar with orders of plant services for water, gas, electric power, fumigation, cleaning, desazolve, water treatment so that you have purchase orders with available budget each month and ensure receipt of invoices for continuity of services monthly.
• Assure the performance of preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervising all maintenance departments.
• Support project as assigned by department Manager.
• Follow BRP values and behaviors.
• Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
• Enforce Quality BRP policy.
• Follow up Office Vibe results through action plan.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• GTI standard KPI : Preventive, TPM, Corrective work order close in time good the first time
• BRPMS standard KPI’s
• Office Vibe

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar

Experience:

• Min. 3 in similar role

Language:

• Fluent in Spanishwritten and verbal.
• English written and verbal (Min: 80%).
• Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
