- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia con un puesto gerencial (NPI Manager / Launch Manager / Program Manager).

- Experiencia indispensable en industria de manufactura.

- Experiencia teniendo equipo a su cargo.

- Inglés avanzado.

- Pasaporte y visa vigente.

- SAP deseable.
