Join Our Team as: Executive Assistant to the Finance Director Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or related fields. Main Responsibilities: Manage the CFO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare, consolidate, and review financial and budget reports, as well as executive presentations for senior management. Coordinate communication between the CFO, other department leaders, and key external contacts (vendors, auditors, banks). Handle administrative tasks (purchase orders, payments, travel expenses, logistics for events and training). Support the coordination of monthly closings, budget reviews, and internal and external audits. Requirements and Knowledge: 3 years of experience in a similar position. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance. Experience preparing reports and executive presentations.
