Nuestro ecosistema HemoCod cubre la cadena transfusional completa, integrando software, hardware y procesos clínicos. Operamos a nivel internacional, con proyectos activos en España, Portugal, México y Latinoamérica , y apostamos por equipos estables y carreras profesionales a largo plazo . Sobre el puesto Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Campo HemoCod para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en Ciudad de México , con un perfil técnico, operativo y orientado a servicio , que participe en la implantación y soporte de nuestros sistemas en México y el resto de países de LATAM . El puesto está enfocado a profesionales que quieran trabajar con producto propio , en entornos hospitalarios reales, y crecer técnicamente dentro de una compañía especializada en software crítico. Qué harás en tu día a día - Implantación y puesta en marcha de los sistemas HemoCod en hospitales y centros sanitarios. Soporte técnico de campo y remoto a clientes en México y LATAM . Diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias funcionales y técnicas (niveles 1 y 2), con escalado cuando aplique. Configuración y validación de hardware asociado (impresoras, lectores, PDA, antenas RFID, etc.). Formación a usuarios clínicos y técnicos. Acompañamiento en pruebas, validaciones y arranques en producción. Colaboración con equipos de desarrollo y soporte avanzado. Elaboración de documentación técnica, informes y registros de incidencias. Cumplimiento de protocolos de calidad, trazabilidad y seguridad propios de entornos sanitarios regulados. Qué buscamos - Formación técnica en Ingeniería, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o similar. Experiencia en ingeniería de campo, soporte técnico o implantaciones , preferentemente en entornos hospitalarios o sanitarios. Conocimientos técnicos en: SQL (consultas, análisis de datos, soporte a incidencias), reporting y validación de información, sistemas Windows y entornos cliente-servidor, redes básicas (LAN / WiFi). Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, organizada y orientada a la resolución de problemas. Buenas habilidades de comunicación con perfiles técnicos y clínicos. Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de México y LATAM . Actitud profesional, responsable y orientada al cliente. Se valorará especialmente - Conocimiento de estándares de comunicación sanitaria ASTM y HL7 . Experiencia con Mirth Connect u otros motores de integración. Experiencia en bancos de sangre, laboratorios o servicios transfusionales . Conocimientos de trazabilidad, RFID o dispositivos médicos . Interés en evolucionar hacia roles de soporte avanzado (Soporte 3) o especialización técnica en producto.
