Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar características y mejoras a los servicios y productos de forma segura y probada, de acuerdo con los lineamientos de la empresa.

  • Redactar documentación técnica.

  • Resolver problemas técnicos de alto alcance y complejidad.

  • Garantizar las mejores prácticas para servicios y productos de alta escala, con nuestro estilo de código y la mantenibilidad necesaria.

  • Solucionar problemas de rendimiento y optimización, particularmente a gran escala, así como demostrar la capacidad para diagnosticarlos y prevenirlos.

  • Asesorar y guiar a los miembros del equipo para ayudarlos a desarrollar sus habilidades técnicas, eliminando los obstáculos a su autonomía y agilidad.

  • Agregar valor al equipo y comunicar efectivamente tus ideas a tu líder de área.

  • Disponibilidad para resolver problemas críticos según sea necesario.

Requisitos

  • +4 años de experiencia trabajando con GCP. (GKE, CloudRun, CloudSQL, Memorystore, Pub/Sub, VPN, Compute Engine, IAM, etc.)

  • Experiencia mid o senior con kubernetes.

  • Experiencia con variables de entorno en instancias de contenedor y herramientas (Docker y Kubernetes).

  • Experiencia trabajando con Kafka y/o Pub/Sub.

  • Desarrollo y despliegue de infraestructura como código (Preferiblemente herramientas independientes de la nube).

  • Scripting con bash y python.

  • Conocimiento sólido y práctica de ingeniería de software, así como en mejores prácticas para el ciclo de vida completo del desarrollo de software (esto incluye estándares de codificación, revisiones de código, gestión de control de fuente, procesos de compilación, pruebas y operaciones, entre otros).

  • Experiencia con sistemas operativos, sistemas de archivos Linux, proxies, servidores web.

  • Experiencia práctica en redacción y distribución de sistemas distribuidos a gran escala y arquitecturas cliente-servidor de alta calidad.

  • Comunicar eficazmente ideas técnicas y colaborar con pares técnicos y no técnicos.

Deseables :

  • Experiencia creando microservicios y APIs.

  • Conocimientos de json, mecanografiado, nodejs.

  • Conocimientos en seguridad y cumplimiento.

  • Conocimiento de algoritmos y estructuras de datos comunes.

  • Experiencia previa en diseño de software y desarrollo de aplicaciones rack con Ruby y JavaScript.
