Responsible for processing invoices, ensuring they are ready for timely payment, and correctly entered in Oracle to maintain accurate and up-to-date AP balances. Ensure the timely processing and payment of critical invoices, including utility bills and urgent payments, with accurate Oracle entries reflecting proper AP balances. Identify and resolve root causes of set-aside invoices in coordination with the AP Analyst MX and relevant departments, ensuring error-free scheduling and on-time payments. Work closely with the tax department to improve and streamline the Accounts Payable processes in Mexico. Provide support for internal/external audits, income tax returns, and other financial activities, while maintaining Key Process Indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and achieve objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience in Internal Audit, Accounts Payable, Taxes, and General Accounting. Conversational English proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
