Medical Contract Analyst

This role is within Chamberlain Group's Operations and Supply Chain group. Track and analyze supplier spend, commodity, volume, currency, timing and other fluctuations that impact cost reductions and PPV; make recommendation on appropriate action items
Work collaboratively with other functional areas to follow best practices for identifying and reporting on misses for sourcing KPIs and data discrepancies
Coordinate with contract management team to ensure timely update of database regarding completed and expiring contractual agreements
Support the Request for Quote process, utilizing systems for extracting drawings, data and requesting quotes
Develop supplier business review through data analysis
Support the request for Bill of Materials Scrubs prior to New Product Development design reviews utilizing systems for extracting data and communicating end of life parts
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
