Job Description

A ctividades

1. Validación regulatoria de materias primas y materiales de empaque y validación regulatoria de fórmulas.

Asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio de materias primas, material de empaque, fórmulas y etiquetado para productos nacionales e importados.

2 . Elaboración de especificaciones de etiquetado (RLS).

Proporcionar una asociación y un apoyo integrales a los proyectos de innovación (NPD), incluidos los requisitos de etiquetado, orientación interpretativa sobre declaraciones y posicionamiento, así como los aspectos de la legislación alimentaria.

Gestionar la revisión y emisión de documentación de etiquetado, aprobar etiquetas de arte y apoyar el seguimiento del estado del portafolio en función de la regulación aplicable.

3 . Proporcionar conocimientos técnicos clave a los equipos de R&D, Marketing, entre otros.

Contacto con colaboradores para garantizar el cumplimiento de todos los aspectos de la legislación alimentaria regional, que abarca las materias primas, composición, el etiquetado, etc.

Actuar como experto regional en ingredientes dentro del portafolio actual, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa relacionada con los productos y las declaraciones de propiedades.

Participar en grupos de trabajo de la industria. Participar en discusiones con autoridades locales sobre temas específicos.

Proponer mejoras en los flujos de trabajo.

Escribir procedimientos regulatorios.

4 . Revisión y aprobación de etiquetas de arte.

5 . Revisión y aprobación de reclamos.

6 . Gestión de consultorías y órdenes de compra.

Requerimientos

  • Lic. Bioquímicos, Ing Alimentos o a fin. Concluida**

  • Inglés : Intermedio/Avanzado (Se mantendrá contacto con equipo internacional)

  • Office, Sistemas PLM ( Product Lifecycle Management)

  • Experiencia de 5 años en Asuntos Regulatorios

  • Experiencia en Empresas de Consumo Masivo (Preferentemente experiencia con Profeco)

  • Conocimiento de Normativa Mexicana principalmente A limentos , P roducto terminado y etiquetado

  • C onocimiento R egulatorio enfocado a C onsumidor F inal
