Commercial Sales SupportThe Specialists, Commercial Sales Support will be based in Monterrey Mexico and is responsible for supporting the Sales organization in North America. Primary responsibilities include support quoting, purchase order management, order entry, software licenses fulfillment, invoicing and customer onboarding. Must be proficient in English. The team will support customers throughout all North American time zones Monday through Friday, occasionally working weekends Use SFDC and CPQ support Sales with Quoting, Purchase Order review Use various ERPs to enter sales orders, send invoices, transact credit & rebills Use various software licensing tools to create and manage software licenses Support Sales with forecasting by updating Opportunity records in SFDC Participate in the development of tools and documentation to increase the efficiency of the sales process. Provides input, documentation & feedback to Commercial Operations Manager & Sales Engineers as required. Must be proficient in English; ability to read, write and speak English fluent Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Sales Administration role (internship, formal job) Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint LX, Navision, Business Central and Intacct ERP experience preferred. Ability to establish excellent working relationships with outside sales engineers, customers, management, and various internal departments.
