As part of the SiiLA team, you will contribute directly to our mission of delivering exceptional insights, helping our clients make informed decisions in a fast-moving market, and expanding our reach through high quality research, effective sales strategies and collaborative leadership.
Conduct on-site visits to commercial properties
to collect primary data, including tenants, occupancy, and property characteristics while
Monitor and track occupancy rates, asking rents
, with brokers, owners and property representatives while driving engagement, satisfaction, and sales opportunities.
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Journalism, or related fields.
· in commercial real estate, sales, or similar roles preferred. Knowledge of the local commercial real estate market and existing connections within the industry are preferred.
· Proficiency with technology, including
