Travel Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Manager to expand our Engineering & Technology team in Latin America. We are looking for someone who is based in Mexico City. Your Tasks &

Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of industrial wastewater and water treatment projects from contract award through commissioning and project close out.
• Oversee project planning, execution, budget control, risk management and contractual obligations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate procurement activities and follow-up deliveries, civil works and electromechanical works.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project life cycle, ensuring clear communication, expectation management and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders across engineering, procurement, execution, start up and management teams.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between multicultural teams located across different countries and timezones.
• Drive alignment among stakeholders with different priorities, ensuring decisions are communicated clearly and executed effectively.
• Prepare and present project status updates, forecasts, risks, and mitigation plans to management and other stakeholders.
• Report directly to management.

Your profile
• Only open to candidates living in Mexico City
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience managing EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects in an industrial environment. Experience in water and wastewater treatment plants is a strong advantage
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and navigate challenging conversations both internally and externally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, technical specialists, and senior management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and comfortable making decisions in a dynamic project environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required. Additional languages are considered an asset. What do
