Corporate Security Manager – Foxconn Ciudad Juárez Position Purpose The Corporate Security Manager is responsible for safeguarding company assets, employees, facilities, and information across Foxconn operations in Ciudad Juárez. This role oversees physical security programs, risk prevention strategies, compliance initiatives, and crisis‐management protocols. The position also ensures adherence to international security standards such as OEA and CTPAT, while coordinating internal and external audits to maintain full compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement security strategies to protect personnel, facilities, materials, and confidential information. Lead and supervise the security team, including guards, coordinators, and external security providers. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for all facilities and operational areas. Manage physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarms, and perimeter protection. Coordinate and oversee investigations related to theft, fraud, workplace incidents, and policy violations. Ensure compliance with OEA and CTPAT requirements, maintaining updated documentation, procedures, and controls. Lead internal and external security audits, ensuring timely corrective actions and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation, crisis management, and business continuity. Collaborate with government authorities, law enforcement, customs agencies, and external auditors. Prepare security reports, KPIs, and compliance metrics for senior management. Oversee contractor and visitor security protocols to maintain controlled and safe access to facilities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in corporate or industrial security management, preferably in manufacturing. Proven experience with OEA and CTPAT programs, including audits, documentation, and compliance controls. Experience leading internal and external audits related to security, customs, or compliance. Strong knowledge of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, perimeter protection). Experience working with law enforcement and government agencies. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Availability for on‐call support and emergency response.
