About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Lead and Specialist to take ownership of our CRO initiatives, optimize our customer journey, and improve our Lead > Sale conversion rate.
You will work closely with our Growth PM, Head of Growth, Engineering, and Design teams to audit existing funnels, identify optimization opportunities, and execute high-impact A/B and multivariate tests.
As the CRO Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling optimization efforts across all customer touchpoints, from landing pages to email campaigns to full product flows.
This is a full-time remote role reporting to our Head of Growth (Dave Lane) while collaborating with our Lead Designer (Marjoe Bacus) & CEO (Richie Cartwright).

Your responsibilities will include
1. Conversion Optimization
Conduct deep-dive audits on funnels, analytics, landing pages, and campaigns to identify high-impact CRO opportunities.
Develop a structured optimization roadmap to enhance key conversion points.
Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to refine user flows, layouts, copy, and CTAs.
Collaborate with the Design team to build prototypes and wireframes (Figma or similar) to test hypotheses.
Analyze test results, extract actionable insights, and scale winning experiments across channels.
2. Analytics & Reporting
Strengthen tracking systems, ensure accurate data collection, and build comprehensive dashboards to track CRO performance.
Implement testing pipelines that facilitate continuous learning and iteration.
Work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Engineering to drive data-informed decisions.
3. Scaling Optimization Efforts
Expand CRO efforts beyond landing pages—testing optimization strategies in ads, emails, and product flows to enhance CAC and LTV.
Develop new customer journeys that maximize engagement and retention.
Act as the company's go-to expert for conversion strategy and experimentation.

We are looking for a CRO Lead who

  1. Has 5+ years of experience designing and executing CRO initiatives that lift conversion rates.
  2. English level C1 onwards (exclusive)
  3. Possesses strong analytical skills, with expertise in A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
  4. Is proficient in Figma to create wireframes and prototypes.
  5. Has a technical mindset, with experience implementing tests via web platforms.
  6. Experience building and leading high-performing CRO teams. Proven ability to mentor team members, establish processes, and drive results through cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams.
  7. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and is comfortable with ambiguity.
Nice to Have
  1. Experience optimizing across the entire funnel (awareness, acquisition, retention)
  2. Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
  3. Background in direct-to-consumer healthcare or subscription-based business models
  4. Prior team leadership or experience managing optimization teams (for the LEAD position)
