You will lead and manage sales strategies across all assigned regional accounts, developing strategies to achieve sales and margin objectives for the company.
Achieve targeted Sales (amount and quantity) and Net Profit on the REGION, negotiating prices, volumes and trade terms with customers.
Manage relationships with contacts within current and new customers, conducting face to-face meetings and presentations periodically to reach channel expansion and sales growth plans.
Deeply understand consumers and customers behavior, as well as their overall business dynamics, so to effectively develop the channel within the company.
Plan and lead the necessary campaigns and promotional plans in coordination with internal and external teams, overseeing the correct and timely execution.
Monitor key customer indicators such as sales/margin results, accounts receivable, on-time delivery, competitors’ activities, and market prices, to identify action plans, process optimizations, and take necessary corrective measures to assure targets achievement.
Prepare and maintain sales forecasts for the accounts, to secure the timely fulfillment of orders and healthy inventory levels for the company, proactively proposing special activities for slow moving items.
Be an advocate internally for our customers and ensure that we not only meet their SLAs, but deliver the best possible customer experience, creating positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, International Trade, Digital Business, or related field.
~4+ years of work experience (Distributors, wholesalers, hardware stores, furniture stores).
~ Intermediate–advanced level of English.
~ Forecast management.
~ Must be familiar with reporting and sales metrics (salesforce).
