Test Lead -Performance: Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end performance testing
lifecycles for complex enterprise applications. Bridge communication
between onsite and offshore teams to ensure alignment and delivery timelines. Conduct client-side performance analysis
using browser-based tools and
AppInsights . Present NFR results
and performance risks to business stakeholders and non-technical audiences. Manage task alignment and
coordination of testing activities
across global teams. Requirements: 8+ years of hands-on experience
specifically in performance testing. Deep expertise in OpenText LoadRunner
and LoadRunner Cloud (LRC). Proven experience
leading meetings with stakeholders
regarding performance improvements. Strong technical background in
Microsoft Azure environments . Expertise in
End-to-End Performance Testing
methodologies. Desired: Understanding of the architectural workings of
Power BI based applications . Languages Advanced Oral English. Advanced Spanish. Note: Fully remote.
