Where You'll Make a Difference?- Conduct laboratory experiments with precision while ensuring adherence to safety standards. Support fragrance evaluation, analytical testing, and technology performance assessments. Prepare samples, run tests, and generate high‐quality data for project teams. Document results clearly and communicate insights to cross‐functional partners. Learn and apply core laboratory methodologies, equipment, and digital tools. Participate in new method development and basic patent/literature research. Build understanding of market dynamics, consumer needs, and fragrance technology fundamentals. Execute assigned project tasks under the guidance of senior scientists. Track your workstream progress, anticipate risks, and provide timely updates. What Makes You the Right Fit?- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related scientific field. 0–3 years of experience, ideally including hands-on lab exposure. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Solid problem‐solving skills and a proactive mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, multidisciplinary environment. Comfort working collaboratively with technical and non‐technical teams. Eagerness to learn, grow, and build scientific expertise. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational habits and ability to manage multiple tasks. How You Would Stand Out?- Prior experience in a fragrance, consumer products, or materials laboratory. Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., GC, HPLC) or sensory evaluation. Exposure to innovation, R&D projects, or technology scouting.
