Team Leadership: Manage a team of QA Analysts and Release Engineers, conducting performance reviews and career planning. App Store Management: Own the relationship with Apple App Review; manage metadata, compliance, and resolve rejection resolutions swiftly. Process Improvement: Continuously audit the release lifecycle to identify inefficiencies, implementing \"Shift-Left\" strategies to catch bugs earlier.
