Resumes to ligia.padilla@fastdolphin.com Bilingual SAP Delivery Manager – S/4HANA & AMS - Remote Location: Mexico (Remote) Duration: 6+ months Start Date: Immediate Language Requirement: Conversational English Role Summary The SAP Delivery Manager will be a key leader responsible for the successful execution, delivery, and growth of SAP initiatives, with a strong focus on S/4HANA Transformations and Application Management Services (AMS) across the North American market. This onshore role requires a highly proactive professional with excellent communication skills, deep SAP product knowledge, and a proven track record of driving delivery excellence while supporting business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met. Manage and oversee S/4HANA transformation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams. Supervise and optimize AMS operations to ensure service levels and customer satisfaction. Partner with stakeholders to identify improvement areas and opportunities for service expansion. Ensure smooth communication and alignment between onshore and offshore teams. Implement delivery best practices, methodologies, and governance standards. Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and maintain strategic alignment with business goals. Profile Requirements Proven experience in SAP Delivery Management. Hands-on experience leading S/4HANA Transformation projects. Experience working with Application Management Services (AMS). Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to drive operational excellence and support business development. Experience working with North American clients or teams is a plus. Conversational English required (comfortable communicating with stakeholders and project teams).
