About the Role We are hiring a LATAM Content Specialist to establish a consistent and high-quality Spanish-language content foundation for D5 in Latin America. LATAM is an early-stage market, and the primary responsibility of this role is content execution: creating, localizing, and publishing content that clearly communicates D5's brand positioning, product value, and core workflows to a professional AEC audience. This role operates within a defined content strategy and calendar led by the Regional Marketing Director. In the first phase, the focus is on executing and localizing existing global content with accuracy, cultural relevance, and sound judgment, while maintaining a consistent brand tone. Over time, the role is expected to contribute insights and recommendations based on content performance and community feedback, but strategic ownership remains with regional leadership. While the role includes supporting community interactions, content creation and publishing cadence take priority. Success in this position depends on the ability to learn the product, understand the context of professional users, and translate complex information into clear, visually appropriate, and valuable content—without prioritizing volume over quality. Key Responsibilities Content Execution & Localization (Primary Responsibility) Execute and publish Spanish-language content across LATAM channels, including social media, community platforms, and blogs, in alignment with defined content calendars and guidelines. Localize and adapt global content for LATAM audiences, ensuring clarity, cultural relevance, and consistency with D5's brand positioning (beyond direct translation). Create original LATAM content when required to support brand awareness, product communication, regional events, and campaigns. Produce content that explains product features, core workflows, and value propositions in a clear and accessible way for a professional AEC audience. Maintain a consistent tone that reflects D5's standards of quality, professionalism, and respect for users' time. Visual Content Production & Adaptation Adapt and edit visual assets using Canva, Photoshop (or similar tools) to meet LATAM channel requirements. Produce and adapt short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) based on existing assets or defined briefs. Ensure visual execution meets quality standards and aligns with a professional, design-focused brand. Coordinate with designers or internal teams when higher-complexity assets are required. Community Feedback Collection (Secondary Responsibility – Nice to Have) Identify recurring questions, feedback, and usage patterns from the community and share insights internally to inform future content needs. Performance Tracking & Insights Track essential content and engagement metrics on a regular basis. Provide weekly performance snapshots and periodic insights focused on opportunities for improvement and best practices. Use performance data and community feedback to propose incremental content adjustments, without ownership of overall content strategy. Collaboration & Ways of Working Work closely with the Regional Marketing Director and global teams to ensure alignment on priorities, messaging, and timelines. Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders, trainers, and collaborators to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Operate effectively in an early-stage regional setup, prioritizing execution quality, consistency, and reliability. Requirements / Must-Haves Proficiency in Spanish with strong written communication skills for professional audiences. Conversational English sufficient to collaborate with global teams and work with existing documentation and assets. Experience in content execution, social media, or community-related roles, preferably in SaaS, tech, or creative tools; we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience. Ability to create and adapt content that explains product features and value propositions clearly and accurately. Basic image editing skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools; ability to adapt visual assets for multiple formats. Short-form video editing or adaptation experience for platforms such as TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Comfortable executing defined content calendars, publishing consistently, and meeting deadlines. Willingness to learn about architecture, design, 3D visualization, and D5 workflows and terminology. Ability to work independently within a clearly defined scope while incorporating feedback from internal stakeholders.
