Job Profile The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the primary point of contact for European customers, providing end-to-end customer support for sensor products. The role ensures accurate order processing, timely communication, and high customer satisfaction while coordinating closely with sales, production, logistics, and quality teams. This position requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to work across time zones to support European business hours. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred)1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience supporting international customers, preferably in Europe Fluent English (mandatory) Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Familiarity with export processes and Incoterms is a plus Key Competencies Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy Cross-cultural awareness and teamwork Willingness to work adjusted schedules to support European time zones Based in Mexico with alignment to European business hours Office and hybrid work environment Interaction with international customers and cross-functional teams
