We are looking for outstanding Infrastructure Director to join WinDifferent's team. In this position, you will bring together critical components such as technology, personnel, and processes to facilitate the seamless delivery of technology-enabled business services.

Cloud infrastructure technology is constantly evolving, and as a Cloud Infrastructure Director, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest tools and technologies, solving complex problems.

What You Will Do:

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure systems.
- Build and deploy monitoring and alerting systems across our entire infrastructure.
- Build, maintain, and own InfoSec compliance efforts by implementing and enforcing appropriate processes and standards across the organization.
- Support integration projects with 3rd party services (Payment Rails, SMS/Email, KYC, Analytics, etc.).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations on how to incorporate new solutions into the company’s infrastructure.
- People management and team satisfaction.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 6+ years of experience in similar positions.
- Knowledge of Python, Java, and C++.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong project management skills to oversee and manage complex cloud infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS) and the ability to design and deploy cloud-based infrastructure.
- Degree in Software Development Engineering or Computer Science. (Desirable)
- Advanced English level.
