Logistics Manager A snapshot of your day. - Stand-up meeting with the team on the distribution center floor to define the day's priorities. Review operational indicators to ensure that Mexico is meeting operational and financial objectives. Follow up with direct reports to ensure that logistics and imports are running smoothly. Work on cost-saving and operational improvement projects. Contact the local commercial leadership team to align priorities and plans. Contact the regional Logistics team to review projects/initiatives/KPIs. Assist with audits (customers and government). How Will Make an Impact: - Will help take the logistics team to a higher operational level. Will propose changes/improvements to make operations more efficient. Will foster a positive and collaborative environment where people feel safe to express opinions and offer suggestions. Will collaborate with the Sales team to expand markets and support customers, ensuring an excellent experience with Bio-Rad. Will be a reliable source of information on local regulations/suppliers/practices. What You Bring: - University education in a related field (Logistics/Business/Engineering or other). Fluent English. Previous experience managing a Distribution Center for pharmaceutical or diagnostic products.
