Responsibilities:- Analysis, designing and development - Perform proactive production support activities, engage in automation activities, and perform root cause analysis and remediation - Write and maintain scripts to monitor system functionality and performance - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Work hours will vary based on shifts, biweekly rotation . Shift Timings are in EST time zone: 12:00pm-9:00pm EST or 09:00pm-06:00pm EST (currently it is 11am - 8pm Mexico time or 08:00am-05:00pm Mexico time; daylight savings in the middle of March will adjust shift timings) - Should be flexible to provide extended production support / support to the team on need basis (extended support during outages; weekend support a few times a month based on team roster)Mandatory Skills Description: - Minimum 3-5 years Java experience - Concept of Core Java and Soundknowledge on JSF - Good at analysis, designing and development using Java 8.0 & above - Analytical and technical knowledge on basic SQL and Reporting tools. -Perform proactive production support activities, engage in automation activities, and perform root cause analysis and remediation - Knowledge and experience in Software development lifecycle. - Write and maintain scripts to monitor system functionality and performance - Lead and mentor/guide team - Experience working in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) project management framework. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Hands on experience in providing production support - Should be flexible to provide extended support to the team on need basis.
