Customer Service Representative (Remote - LATAM)
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Latino Legends is proud to partner with a fast-growing company in the fitness and wellness industry in its search for a Customer Service Representative based in Latin America. This fully remote role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support through email, chat, and phone. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Stay informed on products, services, and company policies

Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Prior experience in customer service, support, or a similar role
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and CRM platforms
Flexible availability to support customers across different time zones
Flexible, remote work environment
