Spec Assist Associate

Job Summary:

Specright is looking to launch a data collection service, called Spec Assist, in Mexico. This service will support our customers by reaching out to their suppliers for data that is missing from their systems to help speed up their onboarding and adoption of the platform.

The Spec Assist team is looking for a team of driven and processed oriented professionals to perform data gathering service across the globe. You will manage accounts where you are responsible for tracking the outreach, data collected, and progress.

Specright offers cloud-based software (SaaS) for specification data management to Enterprise and Mid-Market level companies with complex needs. Whether it's packaging, formulas, or products, Specright helps companies reduce costs and empower efficiencies by sharing, analyzing and auditing specifications.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Follow a repeatable process that includes the outreach to suppliers, tracking of activity/data received, and reporting out to your manager any services that need escalation
• Reach out to suppliers via email and phone calls until the data/documents are received
• Utilize Google Translator to translate any information received that is not in your native language(s)
• Diligently update Excel data collection tracking logs to continuously track the progress of our service
• This is an in person role. Candidates are expected to work in Culiacan Spec Assist Office

Qualifications

• Major Degree
• The desire to dive head first into an early-stage tech startup environment
• Technology Advanced
  • Experienced in Excel and Google Applications (required)
  • Exposure to Outreach.io (preferred, but not required)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, email, and organizational skills
• Required to have advanced speaking and written communication skills in English
• Additional Languages: Mandarin (preferred, but not required)
• Should be detail and process oriented - a great writer, speaker, and listener
• A drive for both personal and team success
• Adaptability - evolve quickly in our rapidly changing environment
• The tenacity to become an expert in a matter of weeks, and the curiosity to never stop learning
