Cómo Tech Lead, serás responsable de guiar la dirección técnica del producto a nivel de equipo, asegurar la calidad del código, tomar decisiones de arquitectura y contribuir activamente al desarrollo
Serás quien conecte visión técnica con ejecución diaria: desbloqueando problemas, revisando código, impulsando buenas prácticas y empujando al equipo hacia estándares de clase mundial.
Tomar decisiones de arquitectura dentro del producto o módulo que lideras.
Diseñar soluciones técnicas que equilibren velocidad de entrega con calidad a largo plazo.
Participar en la integración de tecnologías impulsadas por IA para mejorar la experiencia educativa.
Resolver problemas complejos, desbloquear al equipo y empujar features críticas.
Elevar la calidad del código mediante revisiones, pairing y estandarización.
Optimizar pipelines de CI/CD, testing automatizado, monitoreo y performance de servicios.
DevOps, Infraestructura y Operación
Colaborar en la gestión de infraestructura cloud.
Asegurar buenas prácticas de seguridad, observabilidad, logging, tracing y alertas.
Mejorar procesos, herramientas, entornos locales y flujos de desarrollo.
Capacitación y Cultura de equipos
Mentorear a ingenieros mid/senior y guiar su crecimiento.
Fomentar una cultura de aprendizaje, ownership y colaboración.
Traducir necesidades de producto a tareas técnicas claras y bien estructuradas.
Diseño y Pedagogía: asegurar experiencias accesibles, consistentes y bien implementadas.
Soporte/Operaciones: resolver problemas de producción y mantener la estabilidad del sistema.
¿5+ años de experiencia en ingeniería de software.
~ Experiencia liderando técnicamente a equipos o squads (Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, Staff Engineer, etc.).
~ Dominio profundo del stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React/React Native.
~ Experiencia con arquitecturas cloud escalables (GCP/AWS) y bases de datos SQL y NoSQL.
~ Conocimiento sólido en CI/CD, testing, monitoring y prácticas: SOLID, DRY y KISS.
~ Capacidad para equilibrar decisiones técnicas con impacto en producto, velocidad y usuarios.
~ Bonus: experiencia en EdTech, gaming/gamificación o plataformas SaaS.
