Sales Operations Administrator

MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a passionate Sales Operations Administrator to join our team and support our engagements in
MIGSO-PCUBED is a global management consulting firm focused on delivering project, program, & portfolio management as a service. We are a global team of about 3,000 expert Consultants operating in Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia. We work across Aerospace and Automotive sectors. Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations.
Sales Operations Administrator
at MIGSO-PCUBED, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of the customer lifecycle, data reliability, and operational efficiency across our North American hub.
Maintaining accurate and consistent operational data across ERP, CRM, and internal tools.
Ensuring proper management of the customer contract lifecycle (renewals, extensions, scope updates).
Supporting Business Managers with daily operational requests and updates.
Preparing billing data by reconciling POs, timesheets, and deliverables.
Generating billing requests in the ERP system and ensuring data consistency.
Bachelor degree in Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
~1–3 years of experience in sales operations, administration, finance, or operations roles.
~ SAP
(operational data and invoicing).
~ Strong skills in Excel and Power BI; comfortable working across multiple systems (ERP, CRM, document management).
~ English proficiency (written and spoken); French is a strong asset.
