Responsibilities

· Develop Smart Factory solution for USA, Canada, Mexico, and South America customers.

· Gather and document customer requirements as well as software architecture.

· Visit customers for development, installation, training, or evaluation at customers’ request.

· Provide exceptional customer service by providing professional technical services.

· Become an expert on Koh Young inspection equipment and KSMART solution tools.

· Attend trade shows to exhibit and demonstrate machines and/or KSMART tools as needed.

· Serve as a helpdesk agent to answer questions/requests from customers.

· Collaborate with sales and other staff on pre-sales activities, teleconferences, quotations, etc.

· Report development, installation, training, evaluation, or any other service activities in the way the supervisor requested.

Requirements

· Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems or related.

· 2+ years, Web Services, TCP/IP Communication, parsers, etc.

· 2+ years, of advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux-based OS.

· 1+ year, of experience in IPC-CFX, IPC-HERMES, SECS/GEM, iTAC, or any other standard preferred.

· 1+ year, SPI and AOI programming, operation, and maintenance preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written English level.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.

· Problem-solving skills especially when faced with unexpected situations in the field.

· An open mind and proactive attitude.

· Good organizational, teamwork, administrative, and project management skills.

· Strong mechanical aptitude, and detail-oriented.
