You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders, mentor a talented team, and drive innovation inMAS environments.

If you thrive on solving complex challenges and delivering scalable solutions, this is your opportunityWhat You'll Do LeadMaximo integrationsusingMIF,REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms. Architect system configurations: Domains, Database Config, Automation Scripts, Conditional UI, Workflows. Develop customJava classes,BIRT reports, and automation scripts. Mentor and guide a team of developers and integration specialists.

Ensure best practices inCI/CD, version control, and coding standards. Support upgrades, data migrations, and deployments inMAS environments. Your Expertise Strong experience withIBM Maximo(including MAS). Proficiency inMIF,REST/SOAP APIs, middleware integration.

Java development & BIRT reporting. CI/CD, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Data migrations and upgrades. Business Process Knowledge Must Have:Asset Management, Maintenance Management, Inventory Management.

Nice to Have:HSE, Reporting & Compliance. Soft Skills Leadership & mentoring. Strong communication & collaboration. Analytical problem-solving.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of IBM Maximo experience. Leadership experience preferred. Certifications are a plus. Ready to lead and innovate?
