Como representante de atención al cliente para nuestra empresa de servicios para propietarios de casas vacacionales, serás el primer punto de contacto para nuestros clientes. Tu principal responsabilidad será brindar un servicio excepcional y resolver cualquier problema o inquietud que puedan tener los propietarios de las casas vacacionales que utilizan nuestros servicios. Este puesto requiere habilidades de comunicación excepcionales, empatía y una capacidad demostrada para solucionar problemas de manera efectiva.

Responsabilidades:

  1. Atender llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y mensajes de chat entrantes de los propietarios de casas vacacionales.
  2. Brindar información detallada sobre nuestros servicios, políticas y procedimientos a los clientes.
  3. Resolver de manera proactiva problemas y preocupaciones de los clientes de manera rápida y efectiva.
  4. Coordinar con otros departamentos internos para garantizar una resolución eficiente de problemas y solicitudes de los clientes.
  5. Registrar y documentar de manera precisa todas las interacciones con los clientes en nuestro sistema de gestión de relaciones con el cliente (CRM).
  6. Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la experiencia del cliente y colaborar con el equipo para implementar soluciones.
  7. Mantener un conocimiento actualizado sobre nuestros productos y servicios, así como sobre la industria de las casas vacacionales en general.
  8. Realizar seguimiento con los clientes para garantizar su satisfacción y fidelidad.
  9. Buscar, evaluar, contratar y capacitar al staff operativo para propiedades nuevas y existentes.

Requisitos:

  1. Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en la industria de hospitalidad o turismo.
  2. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  3. Nivel Avanzado de inglés.
  4. Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno de ritmo rápido y manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
  5. Empatía y habilidades para la resolución de problemas.
  6. Orientación al detalle y capacidad para mantener registros precisos.
  7. Flexibilidad para trabajar en horarios variables, incluidos fines de semana y días festivos según sea necesario.
  8. Conocimientos básicos de sistemas informáticos y capacidad para aprender a utilizar nuevas herramientas y software.
  9. Deseable dominio de idiomas adicionales, especialmente aquellos comunes en destinos turísticos.
